Andy – England Was for the most pleasurable place I have ever been to!! Staff very helpful with everything – ordering food, cooking, took me to train stations etc. It’s Japan and you should be open to experiencing the culture.

Danni – Canada Very cheap. Close to public transportation. Enjoyable stay at Shinwa. Staff very helpful in all ways. Room very clean as was the facilities. Had no problems with the neighbor food.

Lo – Hong Kong The hosts and staff are extremely friendly and nice. Helping me with everything. Patiently communicating with me in English. I have never bee treated by such good service. I was very impressed. Close to transportation. Price you can’t beat it. Large traditional Japanese style bath on the top floor with the view of the city from the large window! Pretty cool and relaxing. I will totally miss it and the nice people here.

Emily – Germany The place is clean, nice and cheap. Location is laid back area with homeless people but I never had any trouble. Close to transportation stations, small restaurants , bars and 7-11stores. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this place. Kitchen and shared toilets on every floor and a lovely Japanese bath on the rooftop!

Justin – Canada Comfortable private room with fridge. 3/5min,walk to subway stations, 3min, to stores. Shared bath and shower times. Good value for reasonable price. Thank you Shinwa.

Audrey – USA My stay was very nice. Convenient location and staff is kind and ready to help always. Location is more local but very interesting. I really enjoyed Osaka and my comfortable room. I think I will come back. Thank you to the team!
